I practice psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, and consultation in San Francisco.
Part of my work has always involved training and teaching therapists in graduate programs, analytic institutes, and other postgraduate programs. I have presented papers at the annual international self psychology meeting, at division 39, APA, and the International Federation of Psychoanalysis. I teach and am a training and supervising analytst at ICP and at PINC.
Recent courses taught include Dreams, Attachment Theory, Trauma, Supervision, Impasse, Theory Integration.
I am interested in the imaginative and creative process, in both psychoanalytic treatment and forms of art.
