Judith Pickles, Ph.D., Psy.D. (Psychologist/Psychoanalyst) is a training and supervising analyst and faculty member at the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis, Los Angeles; Council Member of the International Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology (IAPSP); Member of the Board of Directors of IARPP (International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy).
She is Co-Chair of the IARPP Web Seminars committee & past Co-Chair of the IAPSP Web Programs committee;
She is a past Associate Editor and current Contributing editor of the International Journal of Psychoanalytic Self Psychology (IJPSP) & an Assistant Editor, Psychoanalytic Dialogues;
She has published several articles in the IJPSP and co-edited with Estelle Shane a double issue of Psychoanalytic Inquiry, 2007, centered on her case presentation and nine discussions from different perspectives, first presented at the 2001 Self Psychology Conference. She is a member of the San Francisco Psychotherapy Research Group. Private Practice, West Los Angeles.
