Jane Bolton, PsyD, LMFT, is training and supervising analyst at the Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (ICP). She has taught courses for both the Analytic Program and the Extension Division at ICP.
She leads creativity building workshops based upon on “The Artist’s Way” and a popular assertiveness workshop, “How To Say No for Self Esteem and Healthy Relationships.”
She also writes a monthly blog for Psychologytoday.com, Your Zesty Self; and she has published numerous articles for Ezine@Articles, and has many of her articles on her website.
